Stories about where to retire come up frequently in the media. Here’s one I read today about Consumer Report’s finding on the best places to “retire in style.” The places they’ve picked are Carson City, Nev.; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Lexington, Va., Tallahassee, Fla., Thomasville, Ga., and Vernon, B.C.
