Retirement: Consider Mexico

Meghan and I were recently in Tulum, Mexico. We have traveled to that region a few times, and always enjoy our time time there. The warm waters of the Caribbean, the great food, and the powder-like sand of the beaches make Tulum a wonderful place to visit. Of course, Mexico offers much more than beaches. It has a rich cultural history and a vast land mass with mountainous regions, farmland, etc.  A friend of ours is currently purchasing property in Mexico with an eye to retiring there. She joins many others who are considering doing so as well. She sent us a link to MexRetire.com, which offers a nice overview of Mexico as a retirement destination. Check it out.
